Cancellation Policy

Registration Charges: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation within 2 Days: 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 7 Days: 50% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 15 Days: 25% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
Unforeseen Weather/Government Restrictions: In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or government restrictions, alternate feasible activities will be arranged. However, no refund will be provided for such cancellations.
Lockdown in Destination: In case of lockdown at the destination, a credit shell will be issued. It can be used for future bookings after deducting IRCTC/Airline cancellation charges.

Refund Policy

Registration Charges: Non-refundable.
Credit Shell: Any applicable refunds will be issued as a credit shell, which can be used for future trips within 365 days from the issue date.
Processing Time: Refunds (in special cases) will take up to 7 days to process and credit to the customer’s bank account.
No Returns: Return is not applicable.
